q. Is everything you sell handmade?
a. Yes. Everything on my website is custom ordered and handmade or embellished by myself in my home in Kingston, MA.
q. How do I choose the colors for my tutu, there are so many to choose from!
a. I will be happy to assist you in designing your custom tutu. If you have a theme for a birthday party or photo shoot I have some pretty good ideas, just ask!
q. How long does it take to get my custom handbag/tutu?
a. I typically give a 2-3 week time frame, however if you need your order sooner for a special occasion or gift, please contact me and I can let you know if I can get it to you sooner than that.
q. I'm not sure if the fabric I chose for my handbag's exterior will match the fabric I chose for the interior, any suggestions?
a. I am always happy to help you choose your fabric, this is something I love doing and can assist you.
q. Can I wash my tutu?
a. Your tutu can not be washed in the washing machine. Please only spot clean with soap and water.

q. Do you require full payment upon placing an order?
a. Absolutely! Because each order is custom made to order, I must receive full payment before any order is started. Payment is preferred via Paypal, however if you choose to send me a check please be advised that all checks must be cleared before I can start your custom order.
q. Are the handbags washable?
a. I highly recommend only spot cleaning your bag however some people have machine washed their handbags and hung them to dry (myself included). Although I do only recommend spot, if you do choose to wash your handbag do so with mild detergent in cold water and hang to dry. Since washing your handbag may comprimise the stability of your bag, I do not stand behind any bag that has been machine washed.

q. How do I care for my tutu?
a. When your tutu arrives it may be wrinkled from shipping. To get the wrinkles out, simply take it out of the box, shake it and fluff it with your hand and hang it on a hanger, the wrinkles will fall out on their own. You can also "lightly" steam the wrinkles out with a steamer, not an iron. When your tutu is not being worn the best place for it is on a hanger to keep it looking it's best.
q. I am ordering this for a gift, do you offer personalized notes?
a. Yes! Upon your request, I will include a personalized message from you on a fun note card to include in your gift order free of charge!
